The "Dieting Mentality"

Do you have a dieting mentality?

1) How long will it take?


2) Will this work for me?


3) How much weight will I lose?


This way of thinking has been ingrained because of the vast amounts of quick-fix, one-size-fits-all dieting approaches that are out there.


If you want to get out of the dieting mentality, and start thinking long-term, ask these questions instead:


1) What does it take?


2) Can I create something that will work for me?


3) How can I make this last?
