We all know how it goes. We start a new exercise regimen and we're super excited about it. We do it for a few weeks, or maybe a few months, but then life gets busy and motivation wanes and eventually it falls to the wayside.

I totally get where you're coming from. I'm rarely motivated myself! Over the years I've had to come up with ways to stay motivated to exercise when I just don't feel up to it. It can be especially difficult when the weather is crappy and all you want to do is snuggle on the couch under a warm blanket.
