Your Journey Starts Here

Hi, I'm Amanda

I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach based out of Northville, Michigan. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I graduated from Guelph-Humber University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, and I am also Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified.

I've been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and nutrition coach for 12 years and I've seen it all. I work WITH clients to make sure they're being seen and heard, and learning and having fun along the way.

Starting out on a new fitness journey, or deciding to take your current training to the next level, is a very exciting decision and it should be fun! Plus, you might discover a deep inner strength and confidence that you never knew you had.

"She keeps me accountable and motivated to keep going. Her approach to nutrition and exercise has helped boost my energy level and confidence. I have a new appreciation for nutrition, and have built a foundation of healthy habits to keep me on the right track."

— Matthew B.

"Working with Amanda has changed my life and I can't thank her enough! Her programs, advice, and methods are backed by science so she knows what she's talking about (and after training at other gyms, I can say that unfortunately not all of them do.) She puts 110% into her clients because she actually cares about their progress and wants them to succeed. My relationship with my body and food is something I've struggled with for a long time but her coaching has given me the confidence, knowledge and resources to change that mindset for the better. If you're looking for a fitness/nutrition coach who is the epitome of professionalism and expertise, and if you're willing to put in the work yourself, I can guarantee you will see results."

"Amanda is great a what she does. She is very knowledgeable. You can really tell she has lots of experience in training people. She really goes above and beyond to help you meet your goals."

— Sundus J.
