I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach based out of Northville, Michigan. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I graduated from Guelph-Humber University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, and I am also Precision Nutrition certified.


Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, and since everybody is different, I approach working with each client in a unique way. Each personal training client undergoes a movement screening and assessment to identify any weaknesses or imbalances. From there a program is written to address those areas, and build a strong solid foundation minimizing the risk of future injury and setting the client up for success.

I sit down with my nutrition clients and together we come up with a strategy that they feel 100% confident that they can be successful with. We move at the client's pace, and make small adjustments as necessary.

My job title is "personal trainer" but my true mission as a health and fitness professional is so much more than prescribing exercises or meal plans. I help people create a life where:

They feel physically and mentally strong, capable of taking on any challenge without worrying that their energy levels or body weight will get in the way.

They can run around with their kids, or grand kids, without feeling pain, winded, or tired...and then do it again the next day.


They feel excited to book a beach vacation without wondering how they'll look (or feel) in a swimsuit.

They look forward to having their picture taken without wondering "who's that person, and when did they start looking like that?"

They feel like food is their friend, not their enemy, and never have to "diet" again.

They recover from nagging pain that they've been dealing with for years, and feel like for the first time in a while they can sleep through the night.
